What this site is

MazeReview publishes short editorial notes about a handful of free puzzle games available on Google Play. Everything on the page is opinion and description written by the two people who run it. It is not professional advice, it is not a guarantee that a game will suit you, and it is deliberately a short list rather than a catalogue.

No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC, Google Play, or any of the developers named on this site. Their names are used only to identify the games being discussed.

Ratings and other figures

Star ratings quoted on this site are the Google Play figures shown to visitors in Ireland at the time of writing, reproduced without alteration. They move as more people rate a game. Session lengths, offline behaviour and the help available in each game describe the versions we had installed in August 2026 and may change when a developer updates the app. The Google Play listing is always the authority; this page is a note about it.

How this site is run

There are no advertisements on this site and no advertising slots for sale. No developer pays to be listed, and no listing has ever been arranged in exchange for anything. The links to Google Play are ordinary links with no commission or affiliate tracking attached. The site is paid for privately by the people who write it, which is exactly why it stays this small.

Links marked as opening on Google Play leave this site and take you to a page operated by Google, governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy. We have no control over what appears there, over the availability of any app, or over what a developer changes after we have written about it.

Intellectual property

Game titles, icons and screenshots remain the property of their respective developers and rights holders. They appear here in a small size and in an editorial context, to identify and illustrate the games being discussed. If you hold the rights to material shown here and would like it credited differently or taken down, write to hello@mazereview.com and we will act promptly.

The text, layout, typography and code of this site are ours. You are welcome to quote a sentence or two with a link back; wholesale copying is not permitted.

No warranty

This site is provided as it stands. We take care to be accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or current, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a decision to install a game described here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights. In Ireland those rights are set out chiefly in the Consumer Rights Act 2022, and the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) provides guidance and handles consumer complaints.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.

Changes

These terms may be revised as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
